The expedition begins in Delhi, where the historic plains of Northern India gradually rise toward the Himalayan foothills. As the route enters the sacred river gateways of Haridwar and Rishikesh, travelers encounter the spiritual origins of the Ganga, forested valleys, suspension bridges, Himalayan culture, and the first rhythms of mountain life.

From the sacred river confluence of Devprayag to the mountain landscapes of Pauri and the Garhwal Himalayas, the route slowly deepens into a world shaped by rivers, forests, ancient settlements, and Himalayan traditions.
